Ask your brand:
Which property facts do you control, and which can we correct ourselves? Where is the authoritative record? How long does a correction take to propagate to third parties? Can we see the feed you send out about us?
WORKGROUPS 5 + 6 OUTPUT
Use evidence to evaluate what a brand or vendor can actually change and prove.
If you are not doing this work yourself, you still need to know how to select the right vendor and what evidence to require so you can outsource with confidence. These questions help you test whether a brand, agency, or vendor can explain its method, show its evidence, assign ownership, and prove that a correction took effect. Many technical, content, distribution, and shared-profile decisions are controlled by the brand; if you are a franchisee, use the brand questions to understand what your franchisor owns, what the property can change, and how findings will be resolved.

Which sources do you monitor for conflicting facts, and how many? Do you correct at source or only report the conflict? What evidence shows that a correction took effect?
How many property attributes does our CRS or content system hold, and how many are we populating? Can we add pages for guest segments the brand template does not cover? What does the brand’s robots.txt allow relevant crawlers to reach, and who decides that?
Will you show us the raw-HTML versus rendered-content gap? What schema types will you implement, and how will you keep markup and the visible page in agreement? What happens to this work if we change agencies?
Are you measuring AI visibility at property level or only at brand level? Can we see our property’s results? Which query types are you optimizing the brand domain for?
Which prompts did you run, on which systems, how many times, and on what dates? Can we export the raw observations and citations, not just the score? How do you distinguish a mention from a recommendation? What are the known limitations of your method, in writing? Does your approach involve mass automated prompting, and at what volume?
Which AI-related metrics do you already collect, and can we get our property’s cut of them?
Where does each number come from, and can we reproduce it ourselves? How do you account for zero-click interactions? What would make you tell us this is not working?
