“Hospitality needs a place where the industry comes together to shape the future of AI.”

AI is changing hospitality. Through years of work in education about AI and hospitality technology, I’ve been trying to understand what these changes mean for our industry. What I’ve learned is that the most important questions cannot be answered alone — they require collaboration.

We are entering a once-in-a-generation reset. For the first time in 25 years, the entire infrastructure of our industry is being rebuilt. We have a narrow window to decide and shape what our future will look like.
