Tickets and deadlines

Early Bird: $395 USD through November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Regular Admission: $595 USD from December 1, 2026. Registration closes February 14, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific, or when the 500-person capacity is reached.

Two-day access, receptions, tradeshow, labs, and any separately registered activities. Activities requiring separate registration remain subject to that registration and availability.

AIHA absorbs payment processing fees. Hotel accommodations and travel are booked separately. The hotel booking link will be available soon.

Refunds and substitutions

Full refund for requests received through January 31, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. No refunds from February 1, 2027. Attendee substitutions are accepted through February 14, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. If AIHA cancels the event, ticket holders receive a full ticket refund. AIHA absorbs payment processing fees. Your information and choices

AIHA uses your registration details to manage your attendance and send event communications. Registration is handled through Luma, with payment processing through Stripe. Your registration is also recorded in AIHA's contact database.

These two permissions are optional, separate, and initially unchecked. Neither is required to attend:

• Yes, email me AI Hospitality Alliance newsletters. I can unsubscribe at any time.
• Yes, AIHA may share my name, email, company, and job title with these Summit sponsors so they may email me about their products and services: Canary Technologies, Cendyn, Cloudbeds, Curacity, FLYR Hospitality, Grevon, Lighthouse, Milestone, UNA by Polydom, RMS, Actabl, and Triptease. I can withdraw this permission by contacting [email protected].

Leaving the newsletter box unchecked does not change an existing subscription. You can change an existing subscription through the unsubscribe link in an AIHA newsletter.
