This notice explains the automated abuse protection used on AI Hospitality Alliance forms.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical browser and network information for this purpose. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details about this processing.
Our server checks a verification token before saving a protected submission. We also use short-lived submission counters derived from network addresses and email addresses to limit automated abuse. These counters store keyed hashes rather than the original addresses and are removed after expiry when the next submission is checked.
Whitepapers and Workgroup files remain available if verification cannot be completed. In that case, the download request does not save your contact details or add subscriptions.
